  • We're listening! Your voice matters!

Snohomish School District has launched its Thoughtexchange online engagement tool. Through this unique forum, the school district is able to hear and share a wide variety of perspectives and more fully engage with each other. Thoughtexchange is a three-step online conversation that will help our school district understand what is important to our students, staff, families and community members. There are three steps:

    Thoughtexchange QR code

    1. Share – Answer four, short open ended questions about our schools (March 15–30)

    2. Star – Consider ideas from others and star the ideas you like best (April 12–23)

    3. Discover – Learn what is important to the community as a whole

Many will receive a personalized email invitation to participate. Others can participate in the online tool by clicking here. All input received is completely anonymous. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

  • National Junior Honor Society

Do you have a GPA of 3.4 or higher? If you currently have a GPA of 3.4 or higher and maintain it for the school year, you may be eligible to join the National Junior Honor Society. In order to join you must also complete four hours of approved community service hours. Community service hours are due April 12, 2017. Students will officially be notified by letter in early February. More information and community service forms can be found by clicking here. Community service forms are to be turned in all together when a minimum of four hours is completed to Jackie Dalrymple. 8th graders who were initiated last year and have maintained their 3.4 GPA are still members in good standing. They must continue to maintain their GPA and are required to complete 4 more hours of community service this year (due on or before April 12, 2017) Those students initiated last year are not involved in the ceremony a second time. We support our students in realizing the re-wards of scholarship and service.
