Grizzly Cubs Events & Activities

Please note: The $50 registration fee pays for your child to attend all Grizzly Cub events during the year and also a Grizzly Cub t-shirt.  Concessions and treats are not included, so Cubs and Grizzlies will need to bring their own money to purchase snacks at the events.

2024-2025 events and activities

  • Grizzly Cub registration opens
    • August 28, 2024
  • Grizzly Cub registration closes

October:

  • Wednesday, October 9 from 4-6 p.m. - This event is where Grizzlies and their Cubs will meet for the first time!!  Make sure to come to this event!
  • Corn Maze and fall fun
  • Stocker Farms (8705 Marsh Road in Snohomish)

November:

  • Tuesday, November 5 from 5-6 p.m.
  • Honoring our veterans and collecting food for the Maltby Food Bank
  • Writing letters to deployed military soldiers in Glacier Peak High School Commons

December:

  • Wednesday, December 4 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Holiday movie (movie to be determined)
  • Galaxy Monroe Movie Theatre at 1 Galaxy Way, Monroe, WA

January:

  • Thursday, January 9 and Thursday, January 16 (Cubs and Grizzlies choose one date to go skating together) from 5:30-7 p.m.
  • Ice Skating - Rental skates included
  • Angel of the Winds Arena (2000 Hewitt Avenue in Everett)

February:

  • High school Grizzlies will go to their Cubs' elementary school and have lunch and recess together.
    • Wednesday, February 5 - High school Grizzlies to Seattle Hill Elementary to have lunch and recess with their Cub

    • Tuesday, February 11- High school Grizzlies to Cathcart Elementary to have lunch and recess with their Cub

    • Wednesday, February 12 - High school Grizzlies to Little Cedars Elementary to have lunch and recess with their Cub

    • Thursday, February 21 - High school Grizzlies to Totem Falls Elementary to have lunch and recess with their Cub

April:

  • Wednesday, April 16 from 4-6 p.m. at Glacier Peak High School.  Come join us as we see the the spring musical "The Music Man" together.

May:

  • Saturday, May 3, from 6-9 p.m. at the Snohomish Aquatic Center. This is a three-hour window, however we are required to divide the students in two time slots as the pool only allows 200 at a time.
  • Please note your designated time. Students are only allowed during their designated time. No siblings or parents/guardians allowed to swim.
  • Cathcart Elementary and Totem Falls Elementary -  6-7:15 p.m.
  • Seattle Hill Elementary and Little Cedars Elementary - 7:30-8:45 p.m.
  • End of year event and dates to be determined.
